Delivery Information
Please review our delivery details to understand how we ship and handle your orders:
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public
holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Within Malaysia
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take 5–7 business days depending
on courier service.
3. International Delivery
International orders are delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on
destination and customs clearance.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply, which are the
responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Fees
West Malaysia: Flat rate RM8 per order.
East Malaysia: Flat rate RM12 per order.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Free shipping is available for promotions or orders above a specified amount.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as PosLaju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, DHL, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.
6. Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather
conditions, festive seasons, or customs inspections.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier’s official tracking page.
